A closer look at VoiceGuide

VoiceGuide lets you quickly implement both alphanumeric and numeric paging, voicemail, interactive voice response, fax on demand, telephone database querying, and pay over the phone systems, using a voice-capable modem.

The program also enables you to include call screening and call switching (based on Caller ID), and it supports distinctive ringing. Additionally, fax and data switching are also supported.

VoiceGuide is extendabe and programmable, allowing you to design your own telephone call handling system for personal and business use. You can use 17 module types to create scripts, and third party modules are also supported. It includes ten ready-to-run demonstration scripts.

Details of calls (including Caller ID) are stored in a Microsoft Access database, and all received calls are kept in a browsable log.
