The program lets you monitor all applications for specific dialing-related commands.

You simply highlight the phone number and press Ctrl-C or Ctrl-Ins, or copy the highlighted text to the Clipboard.

Remote Dialer pops up with the phone number, enabling you to include a prefix and/or a long distance provider, and click the "Dial" button to dial the number.

The program runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
