Solve Elec is a lightweight application built specifically for helping users design electronic circuits by selecting from different preset components.It sports a clean layout that allows you to pick the type of circuit that you want to create, namely direct or alternating current.You can select the electronic components directly from the primary panel and insert them into the working environment with the use of the mouse cursor. The circuits can be composed of resistors, transistors, capacitors, inductors, diodes, wires, switches, amplifiers, voltmeters, ammeters, and others.The application gives you the possibility of zooming in or out of the working environment, rotating the components, or erasing them.What’s more, you can define new circuits by writing down formulas, as you can specify the notations, units and expressions in the dedicated dialogs, as well as view circuit-related equations and solutions defined by measurement devices.The graph plotter enables users to draw graphs for the current circuit or specified formula. You may modify the graph position, axis scales and coordinates.The electronic elements can be copied to the Clipboard and pasted into another third-party application. It is also possible to create reports based on the components displayed in the primary pane, formulas, graphs, solution formulas, as well edit the text fields and add images. Printing the reports is particularly simple.All things considered, Solve Elec offers very good image quality and manages to remain light on the system resources. However, it still needs some improvements in some areas for making the entire process more intuitive.
