is a wallpaper utility that lets you use images from the Internet, as well as from your computer.
In depth
To set the wallpaper from an Internet location, simply customize the proxy settings, add the JPEG image location to the list, and select "Go". The program will download the image, and set it as your wallpaper.
You can also set the wallpaper from your hard drive, randomly from your hard drive, and randomly from the list. You can select the time delay between backgrounds, choose auto-run on Startup, center or tile images, minimize to the System Tray, and more.
