Mic - A program that plays audio files and captures sound from the microphone to be streamed over the internet or LANMic (short for microphone) is a software application that will play audio files and capture sound from the microphone to be streamed over the Internet or LAN. While its interface isn't amazing, it was a quick test program to verify my VoIP (voice over IP) module works. This program uses Speex to encode and decode the audio. It's like the Ogg Vorbis of speech.
