It lets you set up custom voice mail boxes that can be accessed through a touch-tone menu. When a user decides to check their messages, they can see instantly which mailboxes have unheard messages, and they can easily navigate, play, and delete voice messages. CallAttendant Pro is Caller ID aware, and can play personalized greetings for specific callers.

Other features include: call screening, the ability to forward voice messages via e-mail, pager notification, time and day routing, the ability to password protect mail boxes, call routing based on Caller ID, the ability to access mailboxes through your local area network, a built-in contact manager, support for handling faxes (including fax send, fax receive, fax forwarding, fax-on-demand, a cover page editor, and more) and message logging.
