In depth
If you have Caller ID and your caller is registered in your address book, then their name and/or message is spoken when they call.
You can also block an unlimited number of phone numbers, and have others e-mailed to you.
In addition, Who's Calling includes a speaking clock which can tell you the time at a user-defined interval.
The program runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
