This diagnostic tool analyses all hops between you and the destination address sending a sequence of icmp petitions along the way to determine the quality of each connection. How does portable winmtr work? once the process starts you can see the speed at which the packets arrive on the table as well as if they were sent received or lost on the way and test the quality of the selected connection.
