The app sports a clean and self-explanatory layout, divided into a section tree system, a file list, and a detailed record viewer. Thanks to its simple and easy controls, the utility can be used even by those inexperienced in handling house inventories.

Add and remove locations and categories

To begin, all you have to do is create a new database in a safe directory on the computer and create your section and area structure. Those two elements are required in the new item form, so make sure you enter all the rooms and groups.

Fill in the room and group the item falls in

For adding a new entry, you have to write in the name, manufacturer, quantity (if it's a book or card collection), value and model, along with the category, location, serial number, acquired date and images.It's possible to view detailed reports based on criteria, such as full list, picture, group or room. Sadly, the reports can't be saved or exported to a CSV or XLS file. Plus, you can't protect your database with a password from prying eyes, as there is no such function implemented.
