The program allows for a multitude of activities including joining and pulling apart molecules arbitrarily selecting atoms rendering high-quality images etc. The gui and the command line can be used together to work with pymol. You have access to a multitude of configuration options from the application menu such as zoom labeling color and so on. One of the most interesting features of this utility is the ability to create films from the movement of charged molecular structures in the program. In many cases pymol supports scripts to avoid repeating the same steps over and over again. Pppymol039s rendering functionality uses 039built-in ray039 technology that provides shade and depth in virtually eerie scenes. Its output format is png.
