You can specify a time and place for each participant and their contact information for each. All this information is especially useful when using the feature that allows you to send a reminder email to all participants prior to a meeting. Pp once all the basics are set up you can go into more detail setting an objective and even organizing it into more detailed sections. It's also possible to add documents files and photos to each section to keep all your content neatly organized.
