SPOTS (Suggestion and PrOblem Tracking System) consists of a server and a client applications which allow you to track defects in products, customer complaints, purchase requests, employee suggestions, and so on, as well as create multiple projects.

It enables all items to be tracked untill proper action is taken to handle a specific task, keeping all the people who are interested in getting the task solved informed of any status change associated with the task.

The program includes a query generator which simplifies analysis and decision making capabilities through graphical metric reports; automatic notification through e-mail integration; the ability to set up reminders; and support for 2D and 3D charts for easy assimilation and presentation.

SPOTS also includes template support, built-in security via user IDs and passwords, and the ability to schedule HTML report generation.

The server component runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
