is a powerful yet easy-to-use planning tool that helps you brainstorm and design a strategy for any project in only 30 minutes.
Whether you're writing a proposal, producing a company newsletter, or doing something more complex like launching a product or starting a business, Project KickStart can help you sort out your ideas and create a step-by-step strategy.
Project KickStart offers five easy methods for generating tasks for your project. It takes you through a series of steps in which you identify your project's phases (or major activities), state your project's goals, identify similar projects that may include pertinent tasks, list the people who will be involved with the project, and consider the obstacles to your project's success. At each step, you enter related tasks, and then transfer these tasks to your Task List.
Once you've developed a Task List, Project KickStart helps you assign people to tasks, reorganize your Task List, add notes to tasks, switch to a Gantt Chart view to view or change task timelines, print reports, and transfer your project data to project scheduling programs (such as Microsoft Project) or other applications (including Microsoft Word and Excel).
