helps schedule equipment, space, people or other resources by the hour, fraction of an hour, or day.
Resources can be grouped together for easy scheduling and monitoring. You can group resources as teams (different types of resources required for a booking), as classes (all resources of the same type), and any other way you want.
You can use the scanning options to get a quick view of the bookings for a resource or group, or to check when all the resources in a group are available. You can view bookings sorted by client, booking type, resource, or group of resources.
ResSched checks each booking for conflicts for any of the resources involved. If it finds a conflict, it provides you with options for dealing with it. It also alerts you to bookings on weekends (optional) or bookings in special periods you've designated.
ResSched's also features advanced options for scheduling repeat bookings (it even handles bookings that take place irregularly), drop-down lists to select routine information, resource administration options to control who can book each resource individually, and more.
ResSched can be used by businesses, health and educational institutions, and other organizations that need to schedule resources. It can be used in multi-user and single-user mode.
