Fast Folders is a shell enhancement that gives you fast access to your favorite folders in Common Open/Save dialogs, the desktop and in Explorer. You access the Fast Folder menu by right-clicking anywhere in the directory background (right pane) of Explorer, the "white area" of Common Open/Save -dialogs and the desktop. In the menu that pops up there will be a new item called "Fast Folders" with a list of folders (that you've added from within Fast Folder & Command) that you can have Explorer & Open/Save dialogs fast and easy browse to.
