A closer look at Runner
Runner can execute everything, from programs, to text files, to multimedia, in fact everything that has a registered extension, directly from your desktop. Runner will open a win95 Open Dialog, from where you can choose the file to run, and then close itself. Has a - somewhat limited - filter possibility, that I can easily extend with more file types, if you want.
