A closer look at ActiveMail (by NextWord)

ActiveMail uses the top portion of its main screen to display a list of the contacts found within your Outlook contact folder. Then as you select an item within this list, ActiveMail displays that contact's information. This information includes company, address, phone numbers and e-mail addresses. ActiveMail lets you quickly select the contact to whom you wish to send e-mail and then easily compose, spell check and send your e-mail.

ActiveMail supports "Custom Templates" to send e-mail message with a personal and/or professional look.

Using its database of freeform notes, ActiveMail lets you catalog your communications associated with each of your contacts. E-mails messages within your Inbox can be added to this database with the click of a toolbar button.
