is a text-to-speech utility that lets you select text from any Windows program and have it spoken aloud.
ScreenReader appears as a toolbar on your screen, and has the familiar controls of a VCR. You use this toolbar to read from your Web browser, e-mail package, word processor, spreadsheet, or any other Windows program.
While you are working in any Windows program textHELP ScreenReader can speak each word as you type it, or speak each sentence as you complete it. You can also highlight any text and then click on the "Speak" button to hear it spoken. It can also speak whatever is in the Clipboard by choosing the "Speak Clipboard" option, and as each word is spoken it is highlighted.
The voice control panel lets you adjust the pitch, speed and volume of the spoken voice.
