is a contact manager that tracks all your contacts and the actions that have been completed and must still be performed for each contact.
Following each action with a contact, you can assign a relation status (e.g. sales presentation scheduled, waiting for decision, call back one month later, not interested), as well as a weighting that defines its importance. You can also define the types of actions you have had with a contact (meeting, phone, mailing, etc.). You can easily display a chronological summary of all actions that have been taken with a selected contact. You can display contacts and actions in an Explorer-style view, with actions represented by graphical icons. It also includes a project and task manager, and alarms.
Nino Contacts features a powerful search engine that lets you filter your contacts on a variety of criteria. You can search for contacts to contact today (or tomorrow, in one month, etc.), who were sent a mailing, that were interested in a proposition in the past, that haven't been contacted in x days (or x months), and more. You can use the search results for mail merge with your word processor to generate letters or mailings.
You can generate and print a variety of reports. Nino Contacts also lets you send a mass e-mail to targeted contacts.
It supports international phone numbers. It also provides multi-user (network) and multi-database support.
