A closer look at Power Accounting

It includes a standard US Chart of Accounts, which you can edit. It handles three types of transactions: Cash Receipt (sales book), Cash Disbursement, and General Journal for batch or online posting to the General Ledger.

Use it to prepare a trial balance, balance sheet and income statement (with monthly and year-to-date information) for your company. Other reports include: chart of accounts, general ledger, cash receipts, cash disbursements, general journal, and accounts payable.

It also features on-line help, system security, and backup/restore functions.

NOTE: When you install Power Accounting, you must enter "SUPERVISOR" as the User ID, and "pass" as the Password.
