Call schedules are made one-month-at-a-time and are saved for use in creating an annual schedule. Call assignment histories are saved and used to assure long-term call assignment fairness. Monthly calendars are created along with files that can be electronically transferred to your Microsoft Outlook Calendar as well as your PDA or Smart Phone. The Excel spreadsheets come in sizes for 25 doctors and 5 daily calls, 50 doctors and 10 daily calls as well as 100 doctor and 10 daily calls and are priced from $299 to $699. They can be downloaded from the Shift Schedules website and used freely for evaluation.
