It works stand-alone or with up to three network users.

The networking capabilities let you delegate tasks to others and track results automatically. GoldMine’s Remote Synchronization enables both inside and outside representatives to work as a team. You can automatically synchronize data down to the field level -- including calendar, history, notes and even “linked files” such as documents and spreadsheets. You can quickly schedule call-backs, messages, appointments, next actions, recurring activities, e-mail and sales forecasts for yourself or others. For group meetings, GoldMine automatically scans for available times and resources.

Goldmine offers you a variety of ways to access, analyze and report on contact history. Instantly retrieve, review and analyze any recorded activity -- who did what, when, to whom and why. View activities in list, statistic or graphical form. GoldMine’s history tracks strategic information such as prior sales, telephone calls, appointments and letters. Each history entry contains the name of the user that completed the activity, the associated contact details and any notes, as well as the date, time, and duration. GoldMine offers sophisticated DDE integration to other Windows applications, including Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, AmiPro, WinFaxPRO and Excel. Automatically link documents by dragging and dropping existing files, including spreadsheets and faxes, directly onto the contact record.
