A closer look at Mannis-Cleanup

With Mannis-Cleanup, you can configure the program to search for specific file extensions (a fairly extensive list of common file types is included, and you can add additional extensions as needed) and find zero-byte files. Mannis-Cleanup searches the disk you specify and displays a list of all matches. You can then delete all of the files or pick those you want to remove and send them either to the Recycle Bin or delete them immediately.

Mannis-Cleanup will also clean cookies from your Windows Cookies folder and clean up Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, or Opera browser caches.
