Windows 95 and 98 both include a simple way of uninstalling programs by going to Control Panel and choosing Add/Remove Programs. Unfortunately, if you manually delete a program from your hard drive, it will still be listed in the Add/Remove Programs list. Add/Remove Cleaner was made to take off any programs you don't want listed there for whatever reason. It does note delete any files, it only deletes the entries for Add/Remove Programs.
