The multiple databases let you keep track of customers in one database and prospects in another. Record notes, send letters or e-mail, automatically dial a contact's phone number with a modem, schedule and track events such as meetings and to-do's, and set alarms for events. Create professional correspondence using your word processor, such as Microsoft Word or Corel WordPerfect. You can create subsets of contacts based upon your criteria by using filters (such as a list of all contacts who've done business with you in the past week, or a list of contacts that haven't done business with you in the last month).

Contact Plus Personal for Windows also features drag-and-drop rescheduling to update your calendar as the day goes on, mail merge, mailing labels, envelopes, data import (ASCII, dBASE, Paradox format), and more.
