Contact Plus Personal 97 is designed for anyone who needs to keep track of people (such as customers, prospects, vendors, members, or clients) and activities on a regular basis.

The multiple databases let you keep track of customers in one database and prospects in another. Record notes, send e-mail, schedule and track events such as meetings and to-do's, and set alarms for events. Create professional correspondence using your word processor, such as Microsoft Word or Corel WordPerfect. Go back to letters you've sent last week, last month, or last year. Create subsets of contacts based upon your criteria by using filters (such as a list of all contacts who've done business with you in the past week, or a list of contacts that haven't done business with you in the last month). Create reports of any list of contacts you want. Print a contact's profile for a overall picture of his current and past history. Compare one account to another by viewing graphs of contact activities over time. If you travel a lot, you can use the compute distance function and set your current location's zip code, to instantly view contacts closest to you. You can also connect to the Internet for a personalized street map of your contact's location, see his latest stock value, and check the current weather at his location.

Contact Plus Personal 97 also features an autodialer, drag-and-drop rescheduling to update your calendar as the day goes on, mail merge, mailing labels, envelopes, data import (ASCII, dBASE, Paradox format), and more.
