Contact Plus LAN for Windows is designed for the multi-user office where keeping track of common contacts among several people is important. It manages all daily activities in your office including coordinating schedules, placing and receiving calls, keeping detailed notes, and creating correspondence--all in one place and instantly accessible.

The System Administrator sets up different access levels for users, with full access to some data but limited access to others. Users can be allowed add/change/delete permissions for contacts, notes, and events. Individual users can set up different preferences for each database.

Contact Plus LAN for Windows lets you create subsets of contacts based upon your criteria by using filters (such as a list of all contacts who've done business with you in the past week, or a list of contacts that haven't done business with you in the last month). Create professional correspondence using your word processor, such as Microsoft Word or Corel WordPerfect. Use e-mail to keep in touch with your important clients. Send 1 or mass e-mail 1,000 messages automatically and store the subject in contact history.

It displays your meetings, appointments and events (or someone else's) in a day-timer style calendar. Convenient drag- and-drop rescheduling lets you update your calendar as the day goes on. And you can use the calendars to display all events or just certain types (such as phone calls).

Contact Plus LAN for Windows also features an autodialer, mail merge, mailing labels, envelopes, data import (ASCII, dBASE, Paradox format), and more. It is available in 2, 5, 10, and 20-user configurations.
