Overview

What is Power Center?

shows you how much power is left in your computer's battery.

In depth

A closer look at Power Center

Typical battery management programs only tell you the percentage of the battery that you have used. PowerCenter uses machine learning techniques to provide an accurate estimate of how much time you can expect from your battery's remaining charge, even as the battery degrades. The program can also notify you when your battery's power falls below a specific percentage, and when AC power is connected or removed. Power Center has an optional compact display mode (the height of a window title) that shows only the percentage bar. The program can stay "always on top" of other windows, reside in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar, and start automatically with Windows.
