allows you to automatically archive specific files and folders into a single ZIP file.
You can back up your files and folders across a network, from computer to computer, or even to a Jaz or ZIP drive.
You can also schedule an unlimited number of backup jobs, each containing as many folders and files as you wish.
TaskZip includes a simple, step-by-step wizard to guide you through the file selection, backup location, and backup scheduling.
The program's scheduler can run backups at any time, and lets you set recurring schedules on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
You can also maintain up to 99 older backup copies for each ZIP archive, and password-protect all your ZIP archives.
In addition, when data loss occurs, you can highlight the backup job and launch your default Windows ZIP shell (Winzip, Freezip, and others) to restore the corrupt files.
The program runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
