Help and Manual makes it easy to create 16- and 32-bit Windows help files, including ones that support HTML Help. Help and Manual lets you easily create and manage the help content along with the topics, images, buttons, macros, OLE objects, and links. Using the same data, you can also generate HTML pages, printed manuals, and RTF files.

The program includes a help decompiler for turning compiled HLP files into source code. A unique built-in syntax highlighter enables you to format source code examples with one mouse click. The highlighter is aware of reserved words, strings, numbers and comments and parses source code of Visual Basic, Pascal (Delphi), C++ and Ansi SQL.
