In depth
The first step is the frame editor. You can drag and drop backgrounds, sounds, music, pictures, movies, and animations into your project. The frame editor lets you define your project's look, position the various different objects,and set the movements of objects.
The event editor allows you to add interactivity. This editor gives you control of "conditions" and "actions", allowing you to direct the interactivity of your project. The Event Editor looks and works like a spreadsheet: the objects used in your multimedia project are displayed horizontally, the conditions (what may happen in your application) are displayed vertically. To link an action to a condition, you simply click on the intersecting grid cell and choose an action from a simple popup-menu. Complex control of an application is handled via the event editor, including floating point calculations, text handling, FTP access, and ActiveX controls.
The storyboard editor allows you to add, organize, edit and create whole "frames". This is where you see an overview of your project, and where you can add visual transitions between different frames.
