HEXpert lets you view and edit hex files, and it provides you with search and replace tools, and the ability to cut, copy and paste data in regular mode or column mode.

Any data that is highlighted is shown in hex and ASCII format, and it is also displayed in eight different numeric formats, including signed and unsigned integers and floating point. HEXPert can handle files as large as 16 MB, and it lets you print hex, octal, or binary dumps.

Both 16- and 32-bit versions of HEXpert are included in this download.
