This interactive tutorial includes 30 chapters which cover basic accounting terms, financial statements, the accrual method, double entry bookkeeping, the matching concept, assets, inventories, amortization, the time value of money, liabilities and owners' equity, financial investments, analysis, and more.

Every concept is gradually introduced with simple examples. As you progress, it asks questions (fill-in-the-blank, multiple choice, yes/no) to ensure you understand the concepts. It uses graphics to illustrate the key concepts and break the monotony of plain text.

The program is extremely easy to navigate. You can display a list of all chapters and easily jump to any chapter. With a single click you can go to the next page in sequence, to the previous page, back to a visited page, to the first page in the chapter, or to the last page in the chapter. By clicking icons at the bottom of the screen you can easily view the topics covered in the selected chapter, search on keywords in a particular chapter or in the entire book, search the glossary, add a bookmark to a page, and add your own notes to a page. It also includes a calculator, and an Assistant that helps you calculate tutorial problems. You can print chapter pages and your own notes.
