The program logs Internet usage, and is designed specifically for Malaysia Internet users who are charged on a per-minute basis. It has a very small display, and can run as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.

Internet Timer can connect you to the Internet, while detecting any present connection. Moreover, it displays the time spent on your current Internet session and its cost.

The program can also disconnect you after a user-defined time limit, which can be password-protected. It also has an Application Launcher, which can launch up to four applications upon connection to the Internet.

In addition, it includes an Internet Tweaker, and upon disconnection from the Internet, a message box appears, displaying the total time, total cost, phone cost, and Internet access cost.

Other features include: a keep-alive option which pings your ISP, a system time synchronizer, an e-mail checker, the ability to start and stop Internet sessions at specified times, the ability to have your computer shut down automatically after disconnecting.
