Track a multitude of information about your videos including title, description, 6 stars, producer, director, writer, year released, released by, category, rating, personal rating, key words, format, laser format, content, picture, sound, record speed, whether the video has been loaned out (if so, the date and person), media number, start and end counter, play time, whether the video has been viewed, list price, cost, purchase date, where purchased, Oscar awards, Oscar nominations, miscellaneous, plus 2 user-definable fields for any other information. If you have similar items to input, save time by using the copy function. The Viewer lets you customize how your information is displayed on the screen. Display only those database items that you want to see. Specify the order in which they appear. Adjust the font size. Edit data directly from the Viewer, and use pull-down list boxes and check boxes. Rename any of the field names. Change colors and add grid lines. The program also features powerful search capabilities to search on one field or multiple fields, or search for different items in the same field (e.g. find all all movies rated "PG"). You can also search for numeric and date values (e.g. find items less than, greater than, less than "x" but greater than "y", or equal to the number or date entered). Print one of the 6 pre-defined reports, or create your own custom report.
