Poster combines the best features of graphics, word processing and desktop publishing packages together with special features for printing large posters or banners. It prints enlarged text and graphics on multiple pages which you then tape together to create output as large as 9 feet by 9 feet at 300 DPI (dots per inch) -- even bigger at lower resolutions.

Poster comes with a full set of drawing tools, over 100 special effects, and a quick-start mode that lets you build a banner or poster in under a minute. TrueType fonts and black and white and color printers are supported. A free-form text warping tool lets you warp and stretch text to any shape, and it comes with over 50 pre-defined warps. You can add text to graphics, and effortlessly create rotated text and text on a slanted line. You can import, rotate and resize BMP, GIF, JPEG and WMF graphic file formats as well as export BMP files.
