It is designed for laser printing on the new style of T4 form introduced in the 1998 tax year. This version is for 1999 and 2000 tax years. T4 Forms also prints T4 Summary form (totals to be mailed with the T4 forms to Revenue Canada), and employee mailing labels with a choice of sizes.
