Click on "graph" to see each personality trait scored on a scale of 1-5.
You may find the results helpful when hiring new employees, considering a candidate for promotion, and as a management tool, for counselling employees who are experiencing problems on the job. The program should be used along with other hiring tools, such as the interview, resume, references and background check.
