In depth
A shift can be a daily time period or a specific task that needs to be performed on a daily basis. You simply specify the days of the week in which you need shift coverage.
You decide the number of weeks you want to schedule, and the program displays how many volunteers you need to fill your staffing needs.
Volunteer names are added along with the number of days that they have pledged to each shift, and Shift Schedules randomly assigns volunteers to shifts.
If you need more than one volunteer per shift, you can use teams rather than individuals.
This program was formerly called Shift Schedules - S5 - Random.
