PhotoText lets you apply bold, italic, outline and shadow styles without requiring the corresponding printer fonts. You can define character-level styles and re-apply them to new text with a single mouse click from a convenient pop-down menu. PhotoText also provides superior kerning than native PhotoShop. It supports multiple text blocks and allows individual characters to be formatted.

In PhotoShop, once a text layer is rendered, the designer can never re-edit the text. But with PhotoText, a saved text block can always be re-edited.
