TimeCard Manager looks and operates just like the time clock and time cards you've seen on the wall by the company door.
Set up a list of up to 100 employees with PINs, Social Security numbers, exemptions, and regular or overtime pay rates, then simply click on a card to punch in or out. You can choose exact time or select quarter or half-hour rounding. The program automatically logs overtime when the preset shift length is exceeded. Two periods per day allow for punch-out for lunch. Reports summarize time by period, worker, or full staff.
An added feature is a "message to management" that enables any worker to attach short memos or explanations to their time card. The help for the program uses a novel, but very effective, sequenced tutorial for each help topic.
