DAQARTA, which stands for Data AcQuisition And Real-Time Analysis, can be used in a variety of environments and situations, including audio measurements, speech and music analysis, noise and vibration studies, vehicle pass-by noise measurements, psychoacoustics, instrument tuning loudspeaker testing, and failure monitoring.

It provides: waveform analysis, digital oscilloscope functions, spectrum (FFT) analysis (with magnitude spectrum, power spectrum, and power spectral display (PSD)), spectrogram display, a waveform and spectrum averager, a stimulus signal generator, and a direct-to-disk recorder. It also has a keystroke macro system for comlete laboratory automation.
