Notes

Notes is a desktop software tool that makes use of multiple tabs in order to help you store and organize your information with as little effort as possible. The program is packed in a clean and well-organized interface. Even though it comes with numerous features, the intuitive settings make sure that it can be configured by any type of users, even those less familiarized with this kind of software. The application lets you customize the text the way you like it. This app allows you to easily take notes on your mac. Even though its name implies simplicity this app is much more than a simple notepad. Overall the app is closer to onenote microsoft's popular note app in terms of features. Its folder and label organization system is the first thing that stands out when you open notes. You'll find a list of all the folders and labels you've created in the left column. All your notes can be perfectly organized and filtered thanks to this. Similar to onenote or other popular note apps for mac and ios this layout as mentioned above is very similar. As usual you can create subfolders in each folder you create. And you can also create as many notes as you want and add any of the many tags that you will most likely generate within each subfolder. Thanks to the tag system you will also be able to find any of your notes much faster no matter what folder you put them in. Another aspect that should be kept in mind with notes is that it has a good handful of options to customize its appearance. As a first it offers several different font types as well as different sizes. Secondly, and more importantly, it has three visual themes. There are the usual dark and light modes but there is also a very elegant sepia mode. A great note app ppnotes is also free and open source. You will never lose or misplace your notes again thanks to the folder and label system as well as the auto-save function.
