You can set the type of shutdown and ask for confirmation. You can choose between Shutdown, Reboot or Logoff. You can choose to have the 12 hour format or the 24 hour format. There is an option to intercept a system shutdown, so when you shutdown via the Start-Menu, and AutoExit Millennium is not timed then it will warn you if you are sure that you want to shutdown.

Other features include: a hibernate option, a lock workstation command, date/time/frequency shutdowns, remote shut down, and a timed shut down dialog.
