Some of the features that you can use on open windows are hide, show, close, minimize, maximize, restore, stay on top, and sink (for those programs that refuse to be minimized).

You can use any of these actions on any window, including Windows popup dialog boxes and the taskbar. Even your desktop can be manipulated.

WinSniper also allows you to keep your hard drive clean from JUNO ads, and it can run as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
