Overview

What is TrayKiller?

allows you to set up, shut down, and start up selected applications.

In depth

A closer look at TrayKiller

You can simultaneously run multiple instances of TrayKiller using different configuration files, thus enabling you to easily start and stop groups of applications.

Each configuration file can be customized with your own icon sets, and configured to load automatically at Windows Startup.

TrayKiller can be configured as a more flexible replacement for the Ctrl-Alt-Delete function, letting you interactively select which running processes to shut down, or run in batch mode to non-interactively search for and terminate a list of processes and then shut down.

The program also runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
