allows you to split, join, and delete files in the current directory.
You can split files from the current directory to floppy disks, and join files from floppy disks to the current directory.
Splitit splits larger files into smaller ones so they can be stored or transported, and lets you join them using its "Join" command or the DOS "Copy" command.
The program also enables you to remove file headers and footers, whether you are deleting the header of a database file, and then chunking the data into records, or trimming the palette data from the end of a 256-color PCX file.
In addition, you can list and move files.
