cuts files into several smaller parts for easy copying to floppy disks or transferring over the Internet.
FileCutter creates a batch file for you to combine the parts into one file with the original filename. In case you do not have the batch file, you can combine parts by the DOS copy command. You can accurately determine how large each part should be, or how many parts a file should be cut into. All size and parts information is listed before cutting, therefore there is no trial and error to fit a particular size.
FileCutter is small in size and can run independently without any associate DLLs. It is designed to be able to run from a floppy so that you can bring along FileCutter everywhere to cut files at any computer.
