To use Encrypt Pic, simply select your 24-bit BMP source file, choose the file you want to hide inside it, and click the "process" button. When the process is finished, you won't be able to notice any difference between the original BMP file and the one containing a hidden file.

You can also encrypt your files before hiding them with the Cast algorithm. You also have the option of password protecting your encrypted image.
