The MD3Viewer library is a set of two objects. The first object, MD3Model, allows for loading models from a local device, such as a hard drive. The second object, MD3WebModel, allows for downloading models over the internet. Only MD3WebModel is safe for scripting and works in Internet Explorer. However, either of these objects may be assigned to the GLRender control’s Scene property to be viewed.

Q3 MD3 Web Viewer supports multi part models, allows you to mix parts from different models, and gives the models the ability to hold any of the available weapons.
